All content, features, and functionality of the FINX platform are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FINX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FINX, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uzbekistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
